Tickets can be purchased online through our booking system, at one of our agency offices, or at the branch offices of our partners. We recommend buying tickets online, as the number of tickets is limited and there is no guarantee you will be able to purchase a ticket just before departure.
We recommend arriving at the port **no later than 20 minutes** before departure time. Boarding starts 20 minutes before departure and closes 5 minutes before departure. After the official departure time, boarding is no longer possible.
No, you do not have to print the ticket. When purchasing a ticket online, you will receive a QR code. Simply show the QR code on your mobile phone or tablet to the crew upon boarding.
Each passenger is allowed **one piece of luggage** included in the ticket price. If you have more than one piece of luggage, you will have to pay for the extra luggage at the port. This price is usually 3-5 € per extra piece.
Yes, pets can travel. They must be transported in a **cage/box** and placed in a designated area. Pets are **not allowed** in the passenger compartment. Small dogs can be carried in a bag suitable for transport, provided they do not disturb other passengers. The carriage of animals is free of charge.
In case of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., bad weather), you are entitled to a **full refund**. The company is not liable for costs associated with alternative transportation or accommodation due to the cancellation.
Tickets can be changed or canceled at least **24 hours** before the scheduled departure time. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the time of cancellation. Changes are subject to ticket availability on the new desired date/time.
